YesPoster

About us

We built the tool we kept wishing existed.

YesPoster began as a private script to stop copy-pasting the same update into four different tabs — each with its own character limit, its own quirks, and its own way of failing quietly. It got useful enough that we cleaned it up and opened the doors.

Our story

The unglamorous version

There is no origin myth here. No garage, no whiteboard moment, no round of funding to announce. We were a small team keeping the same handful of accounts alive across X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Bluesky, and we were tired — of the copy-paste, of one platform rejecting a post the other three already had, of finding out a day later that something never went out.

So one of us wrote a script. Write the post once, pick the accounts, let it fan out and check each platform’s limits before anything left. It was rough, but it worked, and we stopped dreading the part of the week where we told everyone the same thing four times over.

YesPoster is that script, grown up. We still use it every day to run YesPoster itself, which is the only product test we fully trust. That is also why the list of things we refuse to do is longer than the list of things we do — and why it is the more important list.

What we believe

A few things we won’t compromise on

01

No theatre

We won't fake it

No invented metrics, no testimonials we never got, no compliance badges we do not hold. Every number on this site is read straight from the product or it is not here at all. It turns out that is a much shorter list — and the honest one.

02

One price, everything in it

Every plan gets every feature

Scheduling, per-platform wording, media, retries, data export — the free plan has all of it. The paid tiers only change how many accounts you can connect at once, because that is the part that actually costs us more to run. Features are never held back to force an upgrade.

03

Your keys, not ours

Your accounts stay yours

We never see your passwords. Connecting an account happens on the platform’s own login screen, and we keep only the access token it hands back. Disconnect and that token is discarded. One click exports everything we hold about you; deleting your account removes it.

04

What ships, ships

We tell you what isn't built yet

Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest are on the roadmap — so they sit in a block labelled “not yet,” greyed out, never mixed in with the four that work today. We would rather under-promise on the site than have a logo in the app that quietly cannot publish.

The team

Small team. Senior cat.

The humans

A handful of people who build YesPoster, answer your email, and use the product every day to run the product. When you write in, one of us reads it — there is no tier of support to escalate through, because there is only the one tier.

The mascot

Chief Napping Officer. Contributed the ears in the logo, supervises every deploy from a warm spot near the laptop, and makes a personal appearance on the 404 page.
